1. Serious buyers only please, no backing out once confirmed.
2. NO changes are allowed once you placed the order.
3. All sales are final. Strictly NO returns/ refunds/ exchanges are allowed.
4. We accept only CIMB and Maybank.
5. All payments are to be made within 2 days after confirmation. Items are sold on a first come first served basis.
6. Orders will be sent out only after payment is received.
7. Orders will be mailed on every Monday and Wednesday only (with the exception of public holidays).
8. We will NOT be responsible for any loss or damages during delivery as all items are well checked before delivery.
9. All measurements are taken with the item(s) laid flat.
